Shape integrated program plans and critical timelines driving accountability and milestone delivery
Drive execution excellence across development, medical, regulatory, commercial, and operations functions
Serve as central integrator enabling cross-functional decision-making and strategic prioritization
Develop decision-enablement materials and strategic recommendations for senior leadership governance
