Role summary
Amgen seeks a Manufacturing Training Specialist to lead training operations at its new FleX Batch facility in North Carolina. The senior individual contributor will develop training strategies, manage workforce qualification pathways, and oversee training effectiveness metrics across manufacturing support functions in a 24/7 environment. This role requires cross-functional collaboration to ensure operational readiness and support facility startup objectives.

- Lead Manufacturing Fundamentals Training programs for new hire onboarding and qualification across manufacturing teams
- Identify readiness risks through metric review and floor engagement; drive mitigation actions for startup milestones
- Lead 2027 Learning Management System migration including planning, implementation, and adoption support
