What you'll be doing
- Coordinate and deliver new hire and process training programs for manufacturing personnel
- Generate training reports and maintain employee certifications, qualifications, and skill matrices
- Partner with Quality team to communicate alerts and reinforce quality awareness
- Support manufacturing leads with changeovers, batch reviews, labor reporting, and line support
- Identify procedural gaps through process reviews and coordinate retraining as needed
Compensation$25 per hour
