Role summary
Manufacturing Technician II position in biologics production at a Waco facility. Performs cGMP manufacturing operations including cell culture, chromatography, filtration, and equipment preparation on a 6am-6:30pm shift Thursday through Saturday plus alternating Wednesday.

- Proficiency with LIMS, SAP, and automated control systems

- Ability to follow established procedures and adapt when needed
What you'll be doing
- Perform cell culture operations from vial thaw through production scale
- Execute column chromatography and tangential flow filtration processes
- Prepare equipment using CIP/SIP and manage buffer/media preparation
- Sample and test in-process and raw materials for quality assurance
- Ship finished materials and maintain accurate inventory levels
