Role summary
Manufacturing Technician III/IV leadership role overseeing complex pharmaceutical and medical device production operations. Directs teams in aseptic compounding, filling, packaging, and equipment operations while maintaining GMP compliance and safety standards.

What you'll be doing
- Lead manufacturing teams in completing daily production tasks and schedules
- Operate aseptic filling equipment, lyophilizers, autoclaves, and sterilization systems
- Mentor and train less experienced staff on aseptic techniques and procedures
- Prepare solutions, dispense products, and perform vial and component preparation under sterile conditions
- Complete batch records, logbooks, and documentation; troubleshoot equipment and process deviations
