- Lead and supervise NPI manufacturing activities across batch mode, continuous manufacturing, and ESTC areas
- Coordinate resources, schedules, and operational priorities to meet project timelines
- Drive operational readiness for continuous manufacturing and enterprise technology initiatives
- Lead, coach, and develop operator teams through performance management and development planning
- Manage quotation processes for new product introductions and ensure cost alignment with business requirements
