What you'll be doing

Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives
Supervise, coach, and develop team of approximately 10–20 manufacturing operators
Conduct Gemba walks and maintain active floor presence to reinforce safety and quality standards
Drive continuous improvement using Lean and PPI methodologies including 5S and Kaizen
Partner cross-functionally with Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to resolve operational challenges
