- Supervise daily production operations to meet schedules, quality standards, and regulatory compliance
- Lead manufacturing associates through training, performance monitoring, and accountability for safety and quality
- Execute production plans, manage staffing and resources, and coordinate with supply chain and planning
- Support quality investigations, nonconformance activities, and continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean and 5S
- Maintain safe work environment through safety inspections and adherence to EHS standards
