What you'll be doing

Manage all aspects of device assembly and packaging line operations in full cGMP compliance
Supervise technicians, perform equipment setup, operation, and troubleshooting on production floor
Maintain machine uptime, resolve equipment faults and stoppages, escalate safety and quality concerns
Lead Deviation Triage and CAPA processes; write and review controlled documentation
Champion Lean Transformation initiatives and collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and cross-functional teams
