What you'll be doing

Develop and maintain operational dashboards, scorecards, and performance metrics for laboratory departments
Partner with leadership to analyze trends in productivity, quality, staffing, and efficiency
Create executive summaries and visual reports to support strategic decision-making
Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and project tracking
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and reporting capabilities

Compensation$24.03–$28.85 per hour
