- Lead site-wide continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analysis efforts
- Create KPI dashboards and support data-driven operational decision-making
- Review and approve manufacturing documentation, procedures, and process controls
- Partner with manufacturing, quality, engineering, and supply chain teams on strategic projects
