Role summary
Manufacturing Operator I position in lyophilization and collagen processing at a life sciences facility. Responsibilities include equipment operation, material handling, formulation, packaging, and documentation of manufacturing activities within regulated production environments.

What you'll be doing
- Operate and maintain lyophilization machines, pH meters, scales, and cross-linking chambers following standard procedures
- Thaw, weigh, dispense, and formulate collagen dispersions; perform required calculations and pH adjustments
- Load, unload, inspect, and pack lyophilized sheets; perform cross-linking procedures on processed materials
- Clean and sanitize processing equipment; handle and dispose of hazardous materials according to protocols
- Document all manufacturing activities, coordinate quality control testing, and maintain accurate production records
Compensation$10.50 - $13.46 USD hourly
