  • Willingness to travel approximately 5% of the time, including internationally

What you'll be doing

  • Design and develop manufacturing processes, tooling, and fixtures to meet production schedules while improving productivity and quality
  • Support product stewardship activities ensuring compliance with environmental, health, safety, and global regulatory requirements
  • Evaluate products for compliance with standards such as RoHS, REACH, Prop 65, Conflict Minerals, and PFAS
  • Collaborate with engineering, quality, supply chain, and regulatory teams to resolve compliance-related issues
  • Prepare and maintain regulatory documentation, compliance certificates, and customer responses
