Role summary
Manufacturing Associate II or III position in visual inspection and packaging at a parenteral filling facility. Performs manual and automated inspection of sterile drug products, manages documentation, and maintains cGMP compliance in a 24/7 manufacturing operation.
What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in STEM or BioWorks Certificate/Associate's degree, or High School Diploma with relevant direct experience
- Experience in GxP or cGMP manufacturing environments
- Ability to work 12-hour shift schedules including nights and rotating calendars
- Strong documentation, data integrity, and compliance skills
- Understanding of GMP and cleanroom practices
- Experience with automated inspection equipment and parenteral filling operations preferred
What you'll be doing
- Perform manual and automated visual inspection of sterile vials, syringes, and cartridges per approved procedures
- Execute area setup, line clearance, and equipment verification activities
- Document cGMP data, batch records, and deviations with accuracy and completeness
- Support in-process sampling and basic analytical testing as required
- Maintain clean, safe, compliant work environment and support training initiatives
Compensation$23.56-$34.13 base (Associate II: $23.56-$30.77; Associate III: $25.96-$34.13)
