What you'll be doing
- Perform inoculation, thaws, splits, and pools using aseptic technique with WAVE bags and ITV cans
- Prepare and operate bioreactors including automated CIP/SIP recipe execution and probe calibration
- Support cell growth operations through media feeds, process additions, and routine sampling
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment including Vi-Cell, osmometer, pH meters, and centrifuges
- Document all activities in accordance with cGMP and standard operating procedure requirements
Compensation$23.56-$34.13 base
