Role summary
Edwards Lifesciences seeks a Warehouse Manager to oversee raw material warehouse operations at the Draper site, leading supervisors and teams to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant receipt, storage, and distribution of materials supporting cardiovascular device manufacturing.

- 8 years of warehouse or operations management experience
- Lean Six Sigma Belt Certification

- Knowledge of financial operations and ROI analysis
What you'll be doing
- Lead warehouse team and supervisors, managing headcount aligned with strategic plans
- Ensure safe, accurate, and compliant receipt, storage, and distribution of raw materials
- Develop and execute 3-year operational improvement plans with cross-functional partners
- Manage Lean projects and drive process improvements to optimize cost, quality, and safety metrics
- Oversee training, audits, quality compliance, and EHS requirements for assigned operations
