Demonstrated experience managing supplier scorecards, audits, and performance assessments
Strong project management and cross-functional coordination abilities
Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed

Onboard and develop new suppliers through qualification, first article, and production readiness phases
Establish performance expectations and monitor supplier scorecards and key performance indicators
Identify performance gaps early and drive corrective actions throughout supplier lifecycle
Lead supplier development and continuous improvement activities using data analytics
Partner with cross-functional teams and regional suppliers to strengthen capabilities and mitigate risks
