What you'll be doing

Establish Solutions Engineering function, defining processes, scope, and scalable playbooks
Hire, mentor, and lead founding Solutions Engineering team with accountability for development
Deliver proof-of-concepts connecting product capabilities to measurable customer business outcomes
Bridge Go-to-Market and Product leadership, integrating customer feedback into roadmap
Build reusable demo assets and frameworks to reduce dependence on individual expertise

Compensation$260,000-$300,000 on-target earnings; salary varies by location
