Role summary
Genmab seeks an experienced SAP Security Manager to design, implement, and maintain robust access controls and authorization frameworks across SAP landscapes in a regulated pharmaceutical environment. The role requires hands-on expertise in SAP Security, GRC tools, and compliance frameworks, supporting audit readiness and secure system operations.

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- 5–7 years hands-on SAP Security and Authorizations experience in regulated industries
- Strong knowledge of SAP GRC Access Control
- Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA security and SAP Fiori authorization design
- Experience with SAP bolt-on applications such as BlackLine
- Experience working in GxP-regulated environments
- Strong documentation, analytical, and communication skills
What you'll be doing
- Design and maintain SAP roles and authorization concepts across ECC and S/4HANA systems aligned with GxP and SOX frameworks
- Manage SAP user administration including provisioning, de-provisioning, emergency access, and periodic access reviews
- Configure and operate SAP GRC and Pathlock solutions for access control and segregation of duties monitoring
- Support system validation activities, audits, and security documentation maintenance
- Coordinate SAP security activities with internal teams, Center of Excellence, and external consultants
Compensation$117,600–$176,400 base
