Role summary
Johnson & Johnson seeks a Manager of Sales Training to lead onboarding and role-development programs for the Vision commercial organization. This remote role designs and executes structured learning experiences that prepare new sales representatives for field readiness while partnering across cross-functional teams.

- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in related field preferred
- 5+ years of sales training, onboarding, learning and development, or commercial training experience

- Strong project management capabilities with ability to coordinate timelines and cross-functional teams
- Willingness to travel 15-25% domestically for onboarding and field training support
What you'll be doing
- Lead strategy and execution of new sales representative onboarding process from pre-boarding through field readiness
- Design blended learning journeys incorporating formal instruction, field application, coaching, and assessment
- Partner with sales leaders and field managers to define readiness expectations and development priorities
- Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, field observations, and business indicators
- Facilitate cross-functional initiatives and manage priorities, timelines, and deliverables across stakeholders
