Role summary
Manager overseeing process development and new product introductions for medical devices including catheters, guidewires, and neurovascular implants. Leads cross-functional teams to deliver products on schedule while managing budgets and project scope. Reports to Stryker in Salt Lake City with onsite work required.

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline
- 8+ years technical experience in product or process development
- 2+ years people management experience
- Strong technical knowledge of medical device manufacturing processes
- Demonstrated project management and new product introduction experience
- Experience with design for manufacturability, Lean methodologies, and clean room operations
What you'll be doing
- Achieve process development milestones for two or more new product introduction projects
- Lead team on project management for catheter, guidewire, and neurovascular device manufacturing
- Define project scope, resource allocation, and financial requirements while maintaining budget accountability
- Partner across divisions to resolve obstacles and deliver products meeting quality, cost, and timeline expectations
- Assess product charters and establish priorities to guide team execution
