Advanced Excel proficiency; OneStream experience a plus
Success in cross-functional, matrixed organizations influencing senior stakeholders

What you'll be doing

Partner with CTO, CMO, and GRA leadership on long-range planning, annual operating plans, and forecasts
Lead financial support including monthly/quarterly variance analysis, trend monitoring, and executive reporting
Support monthly and quarterly close process with accurate accruals and actual versus budget reporting
Develop enterprise innovation pipeline analytics models and dashboards for R&D investment visibility
Own financial modeling and business case development applying consistent methodologies across R&D investments
