Role summary
Merck seeks a Manager for Clinical Packaging Operations at its West Point, PA facility to lead clinical packaging technicians in primary and secondary packaging support. - Ensure compliance with cGMP regulations and internal policies while escalating quality concerns
- Hire, train, and develop team members while providing performance feedback and coaching
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce deviations and increase efficiency
