  • Experience with AWS, Databricks, Hugging Face, and CI/CD pipelines

  • Strong problem framing and critical thinking skills with ability to navigate ambiguity

  • Partner with scientific leaders across chemical, biologics, drug product, and analytical development to identify AI transformation opportunities
  • Drive development of next-generation GenAI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, and Decision Intelligence capabilities
  • Establish best practices for problem framing and AI-enabled decision making across the organization
  • Mentor data scientists and AI practitioners while building a culture of technical excellence and collaboration
  • Translate emerging GenAI capabilities into scalable products that generate measurable business value
