Partner with scientific leaders across chemical, biologics, drug product, and analytical development to identify AI transformation opportunities
Drive development of next-generation GenAI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, and Decision Intelligence capabilities
Establish best practices for problem framing and AI-enabled decision making across the organization
Mentor data scientists and AI practitioners while building a culture of technical excellence and collaboration
Translate emerging GenAI capabilities into scalable products that generate measurable business value
