Ensure compliance with GMP standards and regulatory requirements across operations
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and financial targets
Serve as primary liaison for internal stakeholders and external customers on operational matters
Manage budgets and drive operational excellence through process improvement
