- Direct daily Cultureware Production operations and establish production schedules aligned with cost, quality, and timeline targets
- Oversee raw material procurement, inventory management, shipping/receiving, and machinery maintenance
- Train, mentor, and develop staff to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations
- Manage facility systems including HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, and lab equipment per Quality Control standards
- Lead Safety Committee initiatives, coordinate fire safety training, and address OSHA compliance gaps
