Role summary

- Knowledge of cell expansion, washing, separation, and cryopreservation techniques
- Ability to work extended periods in cleanroom environment with PPE
What you'll be doing
- Lead and oversee daily manufacturing operations within validated systems while managing costs
- Create, implement, and ensure compliance of manufacturing documents including SOPs and batch records
- Manage team performance, drive continuous improvement in quality, safety, and cost
- Initiate and drive closure of deviations, investigations, and corrective/preventative actions
- Hire, mentor, and develop manufacturing associates; conduct performance reviews and address issues
