Role summary
This position leads a Manufacturing Site Technology Sustainment team providing operational support to technology systems across manufacturing facilities. The manager oversees a diverse, geographically distributed team while ensuring regulatory compliance, system uptime, and continuous improvement in a regulated biotechnology environment.
