- Manage product teams for Operations Enterprise Lab Information Management solutions including Biovia ELN platform
- Lead digital lab initiatives providing experiment design, authoring, and execution capabilities
- Guide project teams on business case development and vendor oversight ensuring deliverable quality
- Oversee software development lifecycle best practices across product teams and matrixed organization
- Develop strategic plans for technology advancement and recruit talent to build India-based team
