Role summary

Amgen seeks an Information Security Manager to lead identity and access management initiatives within the Cybersecurity & Digital Trust organization at its Lisbon center. The role oversees IAM strategy, provisioning, access governance, and partner security enablement across the enterprise while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Leadership of cross-functional teams and vendor partnerships required to deliver secure, scalable access solutions.

Master's degree with 4+ years in Information Security, IAM, or IT; or Bachelor's with 6+ years; or Diploma with 8+ years
Expertise in IAM platforms: SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, Entra ID, Azure AD, IBM ISIM, ForgeRock, Microsoft Identity Manager
Experience with identity governance, provisioning, RBAC, PAM, SSO, federation, and cloud-based IAM solutions
Knowledge of cloud platforms, networking, Active Directory, APIs, enterprise collaboration, and ServiceNow
Proficiency in PowerShell or Python scripting and automation
Strong understanding of security frameworks, compliance standards, and regulated environments
Leadership experience with global teams and vendor management skills

What you'll be doing

Lead Identity & Access Management, provisioning, access governance, and partner security initiatives across DIAS
Oversee onboarding/offboarding, role-based access controls, privileged access management, and least privilege implementations
Manage secure collaboration and data exchange solutions including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, MOVEit, and AWS DataSync
Ensure compliance with SOX, GxP, GDPR, HIPAA, NIST, and ISO standards through audits and access reviews
Drive automation, operational metrics, KPI reporting, and continuous process improvements across IAM functions
