Knowledge of data platforms, data warehousing, visualization tools, and AI/ML-enabled solutions
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills across multiple teams
Experience measuring business value, adoption metrics, and operational performance of digital initiatives
Working knowledge of SAP, SAP BW/BI, Hyperion, Power BI, or similar enterprise platforms

What you'll be doing

Deploy emerging technologies for high-impact use cases within the Innovation Incubator, converting pilots to production
Operate and sustain implemented capabilities post-launch, championing continuous improvement
Execute value frameworks tracking efficiency, accuracy, cycle-time, and decision quality metrics
Serve as engagement bridge between Finance, BI&T, and external partners to align priorities and manage dependencies
Promote responsible adoption of AI, analytics, and automation through awareness, education, and organizational support
