What you'll be doing

Lead people engagement strategy and talent management for Legal, HCC, and GCA organizations
Develop and execute talent strategy including performance management, succession planning, and capability building
Coach and advise business leaders on organizational design and workforce planning matters
Partner with HR teams to design and deploy integrated talent solutions for attraction, retention, and development
Monitor external market trends and translate insights into forward-looking HR strategies aligned to business needs
