Role summary
Manager, Global Transfer Pricing will develop and manage transfer pricing strategy, policies, and compliance processes across Stryker's global operations. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, supporting tax audits, and ensuring adherence to OECD guidelines and regulatory requirements in a hybrid position based in Michigan, Texas, or New Jersey.

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- Minimum 8 years transfer pricing, international tax, or multinational corporate tax experience
- Direct experience preparing and managing transfer pricing documentation
- Strong knowledge of OECD transfer pricing principles and global compliance obligations
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools
- Experience supporting transfer pricing audits and controversy matters
What you'll be doing
- Design, implement, and maintain global transfer pricing policies aligned with business and regulatory goals
- Manage transfer pricing compliance including documentation, benchmarking, intercompany agreements, and cost-sharing arrangements
- Monitor transfer pricing results, identify gaps, and support operational execution of transfer pricing models
- Support tax audits, examinations, and controversy matters with analyses and documentation
- Partner with Finance, Tax, Supply Chain, and business teams on tax-efficient initiatives and restructurings
