Role summary

What you'll be doing
- Recruit approximately 30 finance summer interns annually and 20 FPDP participants; lead onboarding processes
- Provide coaching, career guidance, and performance feedback to develop participant capabilities
- Oversee four participant-led committees and plan/execute program events and learning experiences
- Manage rotational assignment planning, development planning, and global mobility support processes
- Build partnerships with recruiting, talent development, and regional teams to drive continuous improvement
