Role summary

- Support and implement Abbott's Office of Ethics and Compliance training strategy globally
- Design, develop, and evaluate compliance training courses including e-learning content
- Identify training needs and recommend learning enhancements with internal stakeholders
- Deliver training sessions as needed and support course implementation via enterprise LMS
- Research compliance training trends and best practices in learning technologies
