Role summary
iRhythm Technologies seeks an experienced EHS&S Manager for its Cypress manufacturing facility. The role focuses on developing and maintaining safety systems, managing environmental compliance, and fostering a strong safety culture across the organization.

- Proven ability to lead incident investigations and drive corrective actions

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EHS management software/CMMS systems
What you'll be doing
- Develop, maintain, and improve facility safety management system aligned with OSHA standards
- Conduct safety audits, near-miss reviews, and lead incident investigations with root cause analysis
- Manage environmental permits, waste characterization, and regulatory reporting
- Track and report facility sustainability KPIs including energy, water, waste, and emissions
- Design EHS training, build safety committee support, and foster hazard-reporting culture
