Fluent English; willingness to travel up to 20%

What you'll be doing

Oversee day-to-day operation, performance, and continuous improvement of e-commerce platforms across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM regions
Coordinate multiple concurrent e-commerce initiatives including webshop enhancements, platform optimizations, and new launches
Translate business requirements into actionable solutions through collaboration with development, operations, and delivery teams
Monitor platform performance and manage end-to-end e-commerce processes from catalog through fulfillment and back-office integration
Plan and execute testing activities with business stakeholders, country teams, IT teams, and external partners
