Role summary
Operations Manager overseeing clinical assessment technologies for a global CRO, managing rater qualification, training content, scale acquisition, and data surveillance across multiple study sites. Reports to the Operations Director and ensures compliance with SOPs, ICH/GCP guidelines, and regulatory standards.
What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Life Science preferred
- Two to four years of clinical trials experience
- At least two years managing or leading team members
- Knowledge of Phase I-IV trial operations, SOPs, ICH/GCP, regulatory guidelines
- Proficiency with data analysis and Microsoft Office suite
- Fluent English for writing, speaking, and day-to-day business
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally; flexible time zone management
What you'll be doing
- Coordinate rater qualification documents and communicate results to Sponsors and study teams
- Develop study-specific rater training portals and ensure timely readiness
- Manage scale acquisition, licensing, translations, regulatory authorizations, and Sponsor approvals
- Oversee data surveillance methodology and reconcile incoming source documentation
- Organize Investigator Meetings logistics and manage training presentation editing and formatting
