Role summary

- Recruit, onboard, train, and develop team of Study Delivery Associates and Sr Associates
- Provide mentoring, coaching, and competency development for direct reports
- Collaborate with stakeholders to allocate team members based on skills and workload needs
- Identify operational gaps and implement training or development initiatives
- Serve as escalation point for performance issues and ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards
