Role summary

- Engineer and lead AI-enabled CRM solutions including LLM-based solutions and generative AI features
- Design and implement AI/ML workflows integrated with CRM data pipelines and rep coaching tools
- Evaluate, prototype, and scale generative AI capabilities within CRM ecosystem for field insights
- Lead development of AI-powered dashboards with predictive KPIs for field representatives and managers
- Establish AI governance and responsible AI practices ensuring compliance with BMS policies and regulations
