What you'll be doing

Lead and develop Eastern Turkey MPS team to achieve business targets and capability goals
Manage key MAKO accounts and maintain long-term customer partnerships
Attend surgical procedures to assess performance and identify improvement opportunities
Develop regional market strategies and execute sales plans to increase procedure volume
Conduct product training and education for healthcare professionals on MAKO solutions
