Role summary

PCI Pharma Services seeks a Maintenance Technician for a permanent position in Stamullen, Ireland. Day shift Thursday to Saturday, 12-hour nights (7pm-7am).

Advanced Certificate (Craft level 6 NFQ) or higher in mechanical or electrical discipline
Minimum 4 years of maintenance or engineering experience
Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel and PowerPoint
Experience in GMP or regulated pharmaceutical environments (desirable)
Lean Manufacturing knowledge and continuous improvement tool experience (desirable)

What you'll be doing

Execute machine changeovers and repair breakdowns with minimal production impact
Perform planned routine maintenance and equipment inspections per GMP schedules
Lead root cause analysis and A3 problem-solving on significant equipment issues
Design and implement engineering improvement projects through validation stages
Maintain accurate documentation including maintenance logs, tooling records, and compliance paperwork
