Ability to read and interpret blueprints, manuals, and safety procedures
Basic computer skills and ability to use CMMS work order systems
Physical capability to lift 40–75 pounds and work standing 75% of shift

What you'll be doing

Execute preventive and on-demand maintenance with proper documentation on facility mechanical, electrical, and utility systems
Enter, prioritize, and complete work orders in CMMS; conduct daily and weekly facility inspections
Respond to utility outages, building alarms, and facility emergencies; assist restoration efforts
Support spare parts inventory management and assist with facility projects including moves and remodeling
Maintain GMP, OSHA, FDA, and USDA compliance; participate in on-call emergency service rotation
