Role summary
Baxter seeks a Maintenance Technician I for night shift (7pm-7am) operations at its Marion, North Carolina manufacturing facility. - Experience with CMMS software; Maximo preferred
- Working understanding of PLC systems and high-speed packaging equipment
- Fluent English written and verbal communication skills
What you'll be doing
- Troubleshoot and repair medical IV solution filling and packaging equipment, including hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and robotic systems
- Perform daily preventative maintenance tasks and respond to equipment trouble calls
- Use diagnostic equipment and schematics to resolve electrical and mechanical issues
- Document all maintenance work in CMMS system and follow Good Documentation Practices
- Participate in continuous improvement projects and ensure compliance with EHS and manufacturing procedures
