What you'll be doing

Conduct routine inspections of buildings, equipment, and systems to identify maintenance needs
Maintain and repair MEP systems including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC components
Perform general building maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, and ceiling repairs
Track maintenance activities and repairs using CMMS and spreadsheets
Participate in on-call rotation and overtime as required

Compensation$23.00-$30.00/hour
