Role summary
PCI Pharma Services seeks a Maintenance Mechanic 2 for their Rockford assembly facility to install, troubleshoot, and repair packaging equipment. What you'll be doing
- Support packaging lines through routine and non-routine equipment adjustments to ensure quality
- Perform preventive maintenance, changeovers, repairs, and running adjustments on machinery
- Diagnose and resolve equipment failures; analyze root causes and implement preventive solutions
- Collaborate with departments and maintenance team to maintain efficient production rates
- Read equipment manuals and work orders; document setup changes and audit centerline systems
Compensation$24.58–$29.19 per hour plus annual performance bonus eligibility
