What they're looking for
- High school diploma or GED with 3+ years pharmaceutical, food, biotech, or chemical manufacturing experience
- Programming experience with operator interfaces and Variable Frequency Drives
- Knowledge of pneumatic control systems, motor controls, and pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment
- Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings and interpret test equipment
- Strong communication skills in English and proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience with preventative maintenance programs and process sensor calibration
- Familiarity with national electrical codes and building utility systems
What you'll be doing
- Coordinate daily shift activities of maintenance mechanics across all departments
- Lead training programs and technical investigations related to maintenance and equipment failures
- Apply statistical methods to analyze process variability and drive continuous improvements
- Monitor equipment performance metrics, downtime, and reject trends for capacity planning
- Ensure cGMP compliance and promote safety culture through hazard identification and Job Safety Analyses
