Johnson & Johnson MedTech seeks a Maintenance Engineering Manager to lead Maintenance, Machine Shop, and Asset Management teams in San Angelo, Texas. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
Minimum 6 years progressive maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial environment
Minimum 3 years leading multi-disciplinary maintenance teams
Technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, PLC controls, hydraulics, and machine tool maintenance
Hands-on machine shop experience with CNC, lathes, mills, fabrication, and welding
Experience implementing and managing CMMS systems such as SAP PM or Maximo
Demonstrated reliability program experience including RCM, TPM, and root-cause analysis

What you'll be doing

Lead, coach, and develop direct reports across Maintenance, Machine Shop, and Asset Management functions
Develop and execute preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance strategies aligned with business goals
Oversee machine shop operations including machining, fabrication, welding, and repair services
Manage asset lifecycle planning, spare parts optimization, CMMS data integrity, and asset health monitoring
Establish and monitor KPIs including equipment availability, MTTR, MTBF, OEE, and safety performance
