Role summary
Medtronic seeks machine operators to produce medical devices at its Eatontown, New Jersey facility. Operators will run manufacturing equipment, monitor performance, conduct inspections, and maintain documentation while adhering to quality and safety standards. First shift (M-Th mornings) and weekend shift (F-Sun) positions available.

What you'll be doing
- Operate bench-top and floor-type manufacturing equipment including machine tools and automated systems
- Monitor machine performance and identify potential operational issues during production
- Conduct visual and dimensional inspections using gauges and measuring tools
- Complete production records and documentation accurately and timely
- Perform routine cleaning and basic preventative maintenance on equipment
