Role summary

What you'll be doing
- Manage line clearances, changeovers, and equipment troubleshooting across multiple packaging lines
- Work directly on production lines as needed to optimize performance and meet targets
- Identify, implement, and lead process improvements to reduce errors and increase efficiency
- Train Line Supervisor candidates and mentor team members as subject matter expert
- Communicate improvement opportunities across cross-functional teams and escalate issues appropriately
